Our Delicious Desserts have now spread to Holland! A major Dutch supermarket chain came to our Development Team with a brief to develop an innovative, visually attractive cheesecake to sell nationwide in their Patisserie counters. After analyzing the dessert offerings in the Dutch market our talented team came up with the concept of a White Chocolate & Strawberry Brulee Cheesecake.
The dessert celebrates the Netherlands love of strawberries and is hand crafted with smooth, creamy white chocolate cheesecake, studded with vibrant strawberry pieces & ripples of strawberry sauce. It is then fired by hand to give a stunning brulee style finish, making the dessert as easy on the eye as it is on the palate!
