TERMS OF TRADE

DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES Notification of any damages or shortages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. MINIMUM DELIVERY Our Minimum Order Value for UK delivery is £1300. Discount Orders with a value over £1500 will receive a 1% discount off invoice. PART PALLET SUB-CHARGE The following part pallet sub-charges will apply on orders under £1300:- Order Value between £200 - £699 = £40 Order Value between £700 - £1299 = £25 ORDER QUANTITIES Product should be ordered in the appropriate layer quantities. Please see inside for details. DELIVERY LEAD TIMES Orders will generally require a 7 day lead time for delivery. However any products that are "made to order" may take longer. ORDERS AND DELIVERIES All goods are offered subject to availability on assembly of order. Customers will be notified of any shortages before delivery is made. Any shortages, if required, will be forwarded with the next order placed.
